This is a NEW multi-purpose relay made by Bosch GmbH. Current OEM production is in Portugal and subject to change according to their needs.
Currently in 128 countries world wide with over 158,000 workers, they lead the field in automotive technology.
It is used for remote switching, on/off as required. High current draws require a good reliable relay for automotive needs such as:
alarms, door locks, fog lights or driving lights and more. Also used as a O.E.M. fuel pump relay replacement on select cars.
Note: Both 87 pins (no 87a) are permanently connected. Relay should be wired like a 4 pin. Not for use where a true 5 pin relay is required****
